Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

No Refund Policy

All payments for services provided by A Truly Unique Touch CPR and Diagnostics are final. We do not offer refunds for any booked appointments, training sessions, or mobile visits.

Rescheduling Guidelines

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow clients to transfer their payment to a new appointment date under the following conditions:

• Maximum Reschedules: You may reschedule your appointment a maximum of two (2) times.
• Repayment Requirement: If you are unable to attend your appointment after the second rescheduled date, no further reschedules will be permitted. You will forfeit your original payment, and any subsequent visits will require you to book a new appointment and pay the full service fee again.

Extreme Circumstances

We recognize that true emergencies happen. If you are experiencing an extreme case that prevents you from keeping your appointment within the standard rescheduling guidelines, please contact our office directly before your scheduled visit. Management will review these situations on a case-by-case basis to offer assistance.
