Schedule your mobile service from the Mobile Diagnostics page, where the secure Healthie booking calendar is located.
Check your email
Healthie will send your secure account or form-completion instructions to the email address used for booking.
Complete and sign
Sign in to Healthie, open Forms, complete all required questions, and add your electronic signatures before the visit.
Please note: Appointment booking is available only on the Mobile Diagnostics page. Assigned consent and intake forms are completed securely through your Healthie Client Portal before the scheduled visit.

Complete your assigned forms.
Sign in to your secure Healthie Client Portal and select Forms or Fill Out Forms. Your responses and electronic signatures are stored securely in your Healthie patient record.
